The process of model construction: From the CAD data – via creation of pattern equipment – to the finished part:

  1. Construction and programming of the pattern equipment using CAD data or drawings
     
  2. Production of the pattern equipment made of metal or plastic
     
  3. Production of the raw part using the pattern equipment with sand casting
     

  4. Mechanical finishing of the sand casted part
